The Horticulture Project focuses on sustainable agriculture and horticultural practices, giving innovators innovators the opportunity to learn about greenhouse management, plant cultivation, and environmental stewardship. This program aims to increase representation of communities of color in the field of horticulture, offering practical experience and education in agricultural sciences.
The Creators Program provides training and resources for innovators interested in digital media and content creation. Innovators gain access to a professional media studio, where they can develop their skills in podcasting, video production, and social media content creation for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
The Esports & Streaming Initiative introduces innovators to the world of gaming and live streaming. innovators can access high-end gaming setups and engage in competitive esports, learn video production, and develop a personal brand as a gamer or streamer. This initiative also includes workshops led by industry professionals in gaming and development.
The AA8 Athletics Initiative promotes health and wellness through sports, offering access to gym facilities and support for AAU basketball and volleyball teams. The initiative also hosts basketball showcase events and wellness workshops, encouraging teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness among innovators.
